Our printing services are provided based on specifications provided by the client. We strive for accuracy in color matching, material selection, and final output, but slight variations may occur due to the nature of digital printing processes and material characteristics. Clients are responsible for providing print-ready files in appropriate formats.

Order Processing

Orders are processed upon receipt of payment and approved artwork. Production timelines begin after final approval of digital proofs. Rush orders may be accommodated subject to production capacity and may incur additional fees. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Quality Assurance

We maintain rigorous quality control standards. If any product doesn't meet our standards or your approved specifications, we will reprint at no additional cost. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of defects.

Intellectual Property

Clients warrant that they own or have licensed all intellectual property rights in materials submitted for printing. InkLoom Print is not liable for copyright infringement resulting from client-provided content. We reserve the right to refuse any order that may violate intellectual property rights.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon order placement unless alternative terms are agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified. Late payments may result in order delays and additional fees.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and delivery speed. Risk of loss passes to the client upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the order value. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages including lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Munich, Germany. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
